Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions and will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design, development, and deployment of Salesforce projects.
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and development teams, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment plans.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
- Stay current with Salesforce technologies and industry trends, continuously improving the architecture and processes.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a minimum of 10 years in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with data modeling, data migration, and data integration techniques.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools, such as Jenkins and Git.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with other CRM platforms and integration tools.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
