Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organied Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations while providing crucial administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Management: Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor and serving drinks.
    Answer and redirect phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
    Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  2. Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for senior management.
    Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
    Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
    Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
    Assist customers with basic inquiries related to services and products.
  4. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Input data into various databases and ensure accuracy of information.
    Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions into salesforce.
  5. Assist in Sales and Marketing: Support sales and marketing activities by coordinating promotional materials and events.
    Assist in preparing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Prior experience in customer service roles.
  • Interest in cars and automotive industry trends.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
