THE JOB SCOPE ARE AS FOLLOW :-
- Accounting Tasks:
Set-up and maintain full set of accounts – AutoCount software or similar.
Prepare monthly simple P&L and Balance Sheet.
Support cash flow management inclusive of bank reconciliations
Record and track financial transactions remotely using accounting software.
Support AR / AP.
Support external audit and tax consultants as may be needed.
- Order Management and General Administration.
Manage order intake from regional dealers and place orders on European suppliers inclusive order / status communication on a daily basis.
Coordinate logistics for equipment, supplies and spare parts as per standard operating procedure – regular and proactive communication with parties.
General business administration as may be required to perform the task.
- Self-Management:
Demonstrate strong time management and self-discipline while working from home.
Maintain a high level of productivity and professionalism in a remote work environment.
Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time while working independently from home.
Maintain a structured work schedule to ensure productivity and meet deadlines consistently.
- Others:
Knowledge of import and export processes from past employment may be useful.
