Job Description:
- Handle invoices, purchase orders, and ensure accurate documentation submission to finance.
- Purchase and maintain Halal-Certified supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels to support operations.
- Negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and maintain positive relationships.
- Work with chefs and supervisors to determine purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in HR & Admin duties, manage office supplies, handle vehicle maintenance, and oversee worker accommodations.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Min. 2 years in Purchasing working experience in F&B Industry.
