Job Scope
- Provide regional HR support across full spectrum of HR functions.
- Assist in running the HR operations across the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding, including confirmation, contract renewals, and performance appraisal cycle.
- Organize and execute employee welfare and social activities to promote team bonding and engagement.
- Support recruitment of junior roles across region, including screening, shortlisting, and coordinating of the interview arrangement.
- Provide HR advisory support to the teams, responding to queries regarding HR policies, procedures and programs.
- Support in other areas of administrative matters including IT and office management
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 2 – 3 years of experience in Human Resource Management
