Job Responsibilities
- Handling import/export documentations, custom declaration & Tradenet operations
- General shipping functions including data entries
- Preparation of B/L, manifest and invoices
- Coordinate incoming & outgoing shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders & customers
- Prepare customer billing
- Arrange transport for cargo delivery
- Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain, Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Able to work in a pressure and fast-paced environment
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
