Objectives of this Role
- Drive the comprehensive marketing strategy, ensuring flawless execution of marketing programs for the Kim Hin International Group of brands, while fostering internal collaboration.
- Spearhead brand positioning, discern target audiences, and architect marketing blueprints to bolster business objectives across varied channels and segments.
- Steer and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with set targets and overarching objectives.
- Distill insights from customer behavior, emerging consumer trends, market analyses, and marketing best practices to formulate result-oriented strategies.
- Champion analytics reporting across platforms, drawing actionable insights for the evolution of campaign strategies, supplemented with formal proposals and tactical recommendations.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the creative division, internal stakeholders, and external partners including agencies and vendors.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to craft creative briefs, ensuring the alignment of creative vision with business objectives for all advertising and external communications.
- Ideate and roll out multi-channel campaigns across the customer journey, guaranteeing consistent messaging across platforms.
- Oversee content strategies for customer and internal touchpoints, set budget benchmarks, engage in event participation, document business processes, and amplify sales support.
- Harness customer and market intelligence to steer outreach strategies, bolster sales, enhance customer conversions, and foster loyalty.
- Evaluate the efficacy of marketing initiatives through rigorous tracking and analysis, iterating for optimization.
Articulate ideas, strategies, and deliverables to both internal and external stakeholders, while consistently liaising with senior leadership on marketing initiatives, strategies, and budget allocations.

Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
· Minimum of 8 years of professional marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
· Profound understanding of the retail and consumer product industry.
· Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
· Analytical acumen with a penchant for data-driven decision-making.
· Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, juggling multiple projects.
