Mandatory Skill: 3 - 5 years exp in IT Procurement/Sourcing/Category Management
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage various IT procurement projects that include the areas of purchasing, contracting sourcing and category management
• Assist the team in IT Procurement related activities as needed
• Support the team in Purchase Data Analysis
• Prepare cost-benefit analysis reports for review by Global and Regional Category Leads
• Work with Global & Regional Category leads to formulate negotiation plans
• Analyze industry trends and market competitions to develop business improvement initiatives
• Understand business objectives so as to generate project information, action items, schedule and deliverables for the team.
Job Requirement:
• Minimum 3 years of IT / procurement Ssourcing or category management experience
• Must have professional sourcing/ category experience covering sourcing, contract negotiation, monitoring & reporting contract performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, business administration, or accounting.
• Ability to accurately read, interpret and develop IT Procurement deals.
• Proficiency in technology procurement and analytical software.
• In-depth business management and strategic sourcing knowledge.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
