- Location: ESR BizPark @ Chai Chee (Bedok)
- Working days & time: 44 hours a week
- Working on weekends: Saturday and Sunday.
(1 fixed off day per week, during the weekdays) - Salary: $2,000 - $3,000
Job Descriptions:
- Attend to enquiries via Phone Call, Email, WhatsApp and Walk In
- Checking and marking of class attendance
- Handle daily and monthly accounts
- Organizing Company Events
- Selling of Leotards/Handgrips – Monthly stock take required
- Ensure tidiness of the front desk area
- Proficient in MS Office application, especially MS Word and MS Excel
- Support with invoices processing and purchase order
Requirements:
- Training will be provided
- Able to work weekends
