Responsibilities:
- Maintaining general cleanliness of equipment and workplace
- Providing logistical support for school events and activities including carrying and arranging of furniture and equipment
- Covering duties of other OSOs in their absence
- Locking and unlocking of classrooms/special rooms
- Arming and disarming of school
- Ad-hoc support when required
- Any other duties assigned by school leaders / Operations Manager(s); and
- Assist the administration of security procedures i.e. sign-in / out for visitors.
Requirements:
Applicant should preferably have completed primary school education with some prior experience in cleaning, logistics or simple administrative duties.
Contract Period: From 1 Aug 2024 to 31 Dec 2025 with an option to extend for a further period of 1 year
Working hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm; Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm, inclusive of 1 (one) hr lunch break
