Job Description
- Provide facilities management services to our client's sites, managing camps that focus on Outdoor Adventures Activities. This includes scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc through our appointed term/ sub-contractors.
- Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
- Responsible for the coordination of meetings and events such as logistics support, obtaining quotations, raising of invoices etc.
- Any other duties is assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualified preferably in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Facilities Management with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Preferably possesses with Fire Safety Manager Certification.
- Experience in Integrated Facilities Management/ M&E is preferred.
- Having a Class 3 driving licenses will be an additional advantage.
- Required to take 7 minutes ferry to work location from Punggol Point Jetty
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage.
