The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the hazardous waste management sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
- Identify and target potential clients in industries generating toxic waste.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and offer tailored waste management solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Stay updated with industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.
- Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and results.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's services.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the waste management or environmental services industry.
- Strong understanding of hazardous waste regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
