ob Opening: Events Executive
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, managing, and executing all operational aspects of events.
- Collaborate with both external and internal vendors to meet the requirements of each event, including sourcing event spaces and managing logistics.
- Oversee the management of all on-site ground operations and daily activities, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Maintain and manage client relationships before, during, and after events.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the successful execution of event programs.
Requirements:
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR).
- Diploma or higher education level.
- Relevant experience or academic background in event operations.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a team player.
- Creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box.
- Independent and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Perform well under stress and tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work overtime during the lead-up to events.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking elderly part-timers.
