Job Duties:
- Calendar management including scheduling and sending invites, booking of meeting rooms etc.
- Travel management for 4-5 executives and the finance team including booking of flights and visa applications, hotel and land transfer and arrange travel itineraries etc.
- Co-ordinates in-bound travel and logistics for overseas travellers
- Prepares and plans for finance review meetings
- Coordinate and facilitate monthly accounting calls , monthly review meetings
- Prepare and submit travel requests, expense requests and claims
- Purchase request and purchase order management to ensure timely payment to vendors
- Plan teambuilding and functional activities
- Manage and coordinate other ad-hoc administrative duties as may be assigned
Job Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- At least 5 years of secretarial or operations admin experience
