JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
• Manage and maintain TP’s digital presence via the corporate website and staff portal
• Create digital content to engage both internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Gather and analyse stakeholder input using data-driven methodologies to refine the digital content, design and functionality
• Deploy AI-driven strategies to enhance content personalisation and engagement for diverse audience segments
• Maintain digital website comprehensively and utilize tools for advanced content personalisation and SEO techniques, aimed at boosting organic traffic and improving user experience
• Work closely with business divisions to map out business needs and desired outcomes
• Employ AI software and tools to enhance engagement mechanisms, using AI-driven design thinking tools and customer journey mapping to streamline requirements and issue analysis
• Facilitate communication-driven initiatives, aligning digital content with marketing campaigns, to drive TP’s branding and strategic objectives effectively
• Keep abreast with emerging technologies, particularly the applications in enhancing business processes, applying a data-driven communication strategy to share insights and innovations
• Serve as a digital change agent and leverage AI insights to guide business divisions through digital transformation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Preferably qualifications in Communications, Media, or equivalent with relevant experience in web management
• At least 5 years of work experience
• Well-versed in SEO and content management systems
• Proficiency in AI software and tools such as Adobe Experience Manager and Midjourney, RunwayML
• Have good analytical and problem solving skills
• Possess strong people and vendor management skills
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technology solutions to various audiences
• Have an innovative mindset and be able to challenge assumptions
