This advertisement is for the recruiting position of Operations Support Officer.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to a MOE Secondary School located in Bukit Batok.
Contract Period: From 01 August 2024 to 31 July July 2026 (period of 2 years)
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 9:30am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
- Fridays: 10.00am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
The Services required are set out as follows:
- Locking of the school in the evening.
- Provide logistic support for events such as carrying tables/chairs, etc
- Accompany contractors for defect works and opening doors.
- Cleaning of rooms.
- Clearing of waste bins.
- Any other operational support required by Operations Manager.
The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, experience and skills:
- Secondary school education.
- Physically fit and healthy.
- Able to multi-task.
- Ability to converse in english and inter-personal skills.
- Good team player.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment where under pressure.
- Candidates preferably have at least 3 years experience working in a local environment.
