The ideal candidate must have several years in a facility management role and have understanding of automation's current and future commercial value in the market and has the ability to simplify complex deals but able to get on the ground and execute daily managements.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Business Leader to manage the team to gain new projects that supports the digitalization of the customer.
- Visit and analyse customer sites and provide facts on where the customer can reduce the cost / improve the satisfaction by using Facility Management DX knowledge.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable project management in assigned projects, as well as the company in total.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with internal personnel to coordinate the developments of products / services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required
- Relevant FM industry experience is mandatory
- Project Management experience
- Experience in robotics solutions are preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Hands-on approach
- Independent and able to work in a fast-paced, technology-focused industry is a must
- Ability and willingness to learn: Robotics, AI, industry verticals, and new business models
- Team-oriented, collaborative, empathetic, and optimistic personality
- Travel required
- High skills in English language, spoken & written.
