Job Summary:
The Patient Service Associate is responsible for providing high-quality customer service to patients and visitors in the hospitals. This role includes tasks such as greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and managing patient records.
The Patient Service Associate serves as a liaison between patients and medical staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of operations within the healthcare facility.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure clinics operational readiness
- Register patients and book appointments accordingly
- Perform cashiering duties, attend to and manage patients enquiries
- Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents
- Assist clinic/nurse manager in administrative duties
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum with GCE O Levels qualification or equivalent.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Candidates should be comfortable/flexible with working in a hospital setting and in different clinics when needed
Comfortable working shift hours:
Shift Type 1: 5 days work week, rotating shift hours between 730am to 930pm
Shift Type 2: 5 days work week, rotating shift hours including midnight shift
