Job Description
-Provide professional secretarial support and admin support including travel, hotel and visa application arrangements to the team and senior management
- Diary management
-Prepare correspondences
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls
-Screen and field calls and emails
-Maintain confidentiality
-Event support
-Other adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- At least 10-12 years of secretarial experience within banks or asset management firm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediately available
