- Establishes financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information, and managing accounting staff.
- Accomplishes accounting human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; and enforcing policies and procedures.

- Manage full set of accounts, supervise financial reporting and perform financial analysis processes.
- Oversee financial planning, credit line management, cash flow management, and compliance.
- Review financial statements and analyse financial data.
- Oversee bookkeeping accounts by outsourced accountants and assist in annual audit.
- Manage / support outsourced functions:
- i) Corporate tax confirmation support (Tax calculation by outsourced accountants)
- ii) Income tax confirmation support (Tax calculation by outsourced accountants)
- Perform Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Reporting to HQ in Japan for Consolidated accounting.
- Manage the preparation of the company's budget.
- Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances.
- Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.
- Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
- Analyse financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.
Job Requirements

- Master Degree in Accounting & Finance
- Extensive Accounting & Financial Management experiences with minimum 15 years and above.
- Prior experience in group consolidation and financial reporting is preferred.
