Role and Responsibilities
- Shall be managing a team to support Middle east market aside form Singapore users in IT related projects
- Manage information technology and computer systems via physical support whilst troubleshooting remote users in Middle east
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT information systems and end user computing
- Prior experience supporting Server, End-point systems, laptops and mobile device OS
- Proficient with either MacOS and WinOS versions 10 / 11 support, imaging and deployment
- Advantageous to have written and speech proficiency in English and Middle East languages to support voice and email related queries
- As this role will support EMEA Timings, applicants must have interests to to work rotating shifts from Tuesday to Saturdays or Sunday
