Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of customer interactions, from enquiries to post-sale service and ongoing relationship management.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to drive sales, satisfaction, and retention.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly KPIs.
- Act as the primary point of contact, utilizing phone, email, and live chats to provide exceptional service and drive sales.
- Handle inbound calls for enquiries, sales, and post-sale service, as well as outbound calls to enhance relationships and promote our products.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or GCE 'O' level; customer service experience is essential.
- General Insurance certification is advantageous.
- Previous work in an insurance call center is preferred.
- Proficient in basic PC skills; multitasking abilities and team-oriented mindset are crucial.
