KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements (flight, hotel bookings, etc.)
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail (courier arrangement)
- Maintain contract database
- Letter and email writing
- Other ad-hoc admin duties from commercial/operations team.

- Highly efficient and well-organized working habits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Proficient in English and Mandarin language skills (verbal and written communication skills)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant training or qualification required
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
