Secretary Admin Support

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements (flight, hotel bookings, etc.)
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail (courier arrangement)
  • Maintain contract database
  • Letter and email writing
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties from commercial/operations team.

KEY COMPETENCIES/ SKILL SETS

  • Able to demonstrate high level of trust, integrity and team work
  • Highly efficient and well-organized working habits
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin language skills (verbal and written communication skills)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant training or qualification required
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

COMPENSATION

Salary will commensurate with education/ experience.
