Job Description

  • Provide customer service for Pre-Operative and Admitting Services
  • Provide pre-operative scheduling and coordination services
  • Advise patients on their admission process
  • Provide financial counseling, as well as collecting deposits from patients


Job Requirements

  • Min. Diploma in any discipline
  • Computer literate, preferably in MS Office, Excel, Word etc.
  • Good interpersonal and conversational skills
  • A fairly high degree of patience, diplomacy, sensitivity, courtesy, problem-solving skills and self-motivation
