Job Responsibilities
- Managing the full life-cycle recruitment including actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding process
- Manage recruitment tracking activities in ATS
- Prepare recruitment reports
- Partnering and working alongside with HRBPs, People Operations teams and/or recruitment agencies will be required.
Job requirements
- At least 3 years’ of relevant experience in high volume end-to-end recruitment
- Agency experience will be advantageous
- Experienced in hiring for technical and sales roles (not a must, but will be an advantage)
- Experience and knowledge in application tracking system and job portals
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in the use of multiple channels of recruitment, including LinkedIn and other job portals for outreach and resume mining
- Proficiency in MS applications, including good working knowledge of utilizing formulas in Excel
- Familiarity with ATS
- Organized and meticulous in follow up activities
