Responsibilities:

  • Answers incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner and in accordance with the Hospital policy.
  • Maintains confidentiality of caller and Hospital information as directed.
  • Directing calls to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Updating of contact details and relevant information into the Call Centre Enquiry System.
  • Handling and resolving complaints.
  • Reporting fault on telecommunication equipment
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements:

  • Min. Nitec or Diploma in any field of study
  • Min. N/O Level (with call centre exp)
  • Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
  • Prior call centre exp preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to commit long term
