Responsibilities
- Responsible for M&E services proposals for building and infrastructure projects encompassing conducting feasibility studies, resolution of technical issues, conceptual design, writing of specifications, budgeting, programming, procurement, design review, safety and quality assurance.
- Working with stakeholders, service providers, contractors and consultants, reviewing the providing value engineering solutions with the objective of achieving quality, compliance and value for money
- Support tender and execution of projects
- Review of sub-contractors’ proposal and design
- Work with respective sub-contractors (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, aircon, fire protection etc) to produce shop drawings
- Integrate shop drawings into BIM system for feasibility review
- Familiar with oil tank construction and oil pipeline laying
- Coordinate site activities during construction
- Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors etc
- Ensure the smooth completion of the project
- Any other ad-hoc matters assigned by Management
Requirements
- A recognised Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction industry
- Familiar with API 650 code will be an added advantage
- Candidate should carry a proactive attitude
