Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sweep & remove debris and fallen leaves at all external common areas; driveway, basement carpark, parking lots, staircases, walkways/pathways, swimming pool area, the perimeter of the estate and others.
- Sweep & mop all internal common areas and facilities; walkways, staircases, corridors, lifts, mailbox area, lift lobbies, and others.
- To clean the mirror/ panel, walls, and railings inside the lifts.
- Wiping of signboards, remove all glaring and removable stains from walls, common services’ door, ceiling, glass panels, handrails, and others.
- Cleaning and washing of common toilets; pans urinals and basin with germicidal detergent, clean BBQ areas, Vacuum Gym room and clean & wipe equipment.
- Cleaning of the Management office and FCC, clean management office and security counter; sweep and mop, wipe clean table and furniture, and clear rubbish.
- Sweep, mop, clean, and wiping of glass panels.
- Clear all bin liners.
- Ad-hoc duty when assigned
- Full-Time & Part time needed
- 5.5 Days work per week
