Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts.
- Assist in the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
- Prepare and process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, expense claims, and journal entries.
- Provide GST reports quarterly.
- Work closely with vendors, review and reconcile invoices and payments.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any financial-related queries and issues.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- At least 1 – 3 years of full sets accounting experience, preferably with fund management/ fintech industry.
- Knowledge in IRAS and FRS is preferred
