Job Description & Requirements
Tasks & responsibilities:
- In-charge of Accounts Payable, staff petty cash reimbursement
- Issue donation Tax-deductible and Non-tax deductible receipt
- Assist in monthend close and preparation of financial report
- Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts
- Assist in projects co-ordination
- Maintain proper documentation and filing.
- Assist in operation and administration duties
- Any Ad-hoc duties as assigned by The Management
Requirements:
- At least Advanced / Diploma in Finance & Accounting or equivalent, or Majoring in accounting
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Meticulous, organized, attentive to details and accuracy.
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin.
- Team player, fast worker, possess knowledge and experience in MS excel and MS word
- Experiences working in Charity Organization will be an advantage
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
