Salary: $15 - $16 per hour
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm
Location: City Hall
Contract Period: 6 +6 months contract, possibility of conversion to perm based on performance and business needs
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective delivery of HR services to officers deployed at various agencies by timely updating of databases
- Support officers through employee life cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding
- Harness HR technologies to generate insights based on data analysis, transform operations and work processes
Job Requirements:
Functional/Technical Competencies
- Tertiary Education in Human Resource, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Familiarity in managing excel spreadsheet and SAP system will be an advantage
- Prior HR experience in the public sector will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
