Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, review and prepare drawings, specifications and Tender Document.
- Authorities’ consultation and submission
- Manage technical, engineering and contractual matters.
- Resolve any technical difficulties & other issues that may arise.
- Design control systems, SCADA, DCS etc.
- Preparation of General Arrangement, control architecture and ICA equipment layout drawings.
- Preparation of Control Panels, LCS, instruments and analyser and cable etc specifications and datasheets.
- Prepare loop diagrams, hook up drawings, control schematics, cable schedule, bill of quantities etc.
- Design of CCTV system, fire alarm control system, Public Announcement System, security access systems etc.
- Review and evaluation of vendor submissions.
- Provide project cost estimates
- Coordination with other disciplines e.g. civil, structural, mechanical, building services and electrical designers.
- Attends meetings, discussions with clients, contractors and vendors.
- Provide engineering support for bids & proposals.
- Provide engineering support during construction
- Provide engineering support during commissioning
- Design management and project management of proposals and projects where the scope is primarily ICA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or any equivalent qualification.
- Candidate shall have minimum of 10 years experience related experience, preferably with consultancy experience.
- Past experience working on water or wastewater projects will be an advantage (municipal and industrial).
- Able to work independently in producing the project deliverables to meet project timeline
- Proficient in written and oral communication with good interpersonal skills.
