Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Verify received items according to specifications to ensure quantity and quality meet standards.
- Cooperate with suppliers to negotiate material and order costs.
- Compile cost reports for invoices and bargain to secure the best rates possible.
- Prepare purchase orders and send order requests to suppliers.
- Update records and follow up with vendors to track order processing.
- Collaborate with Production to develop raw material requirements.
- Arrange material movement to secure the production chain.
- Administer the supplier list, ensuring it is updated, graded, and approved by management.
- Provide additional administrative support for team members as needed.
- Perform inventory-related tasks, including preparing and forwarding invoices.
- Update databases, file documents, and organize accounts.
- Support follow-up on shipment or order issues (e.g., incorrect or late deliveries).
- Build strong relationships with key contacts to resolve problems promptly.
- Handle other assigned tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma/ Degree
- Min. 2-3 years of relevant procurement working experience
- Has previously worked in Manufacturing industry
