- Establish, maintain and strengthen business relationships with corporate clients by understanding their needs and proposing suitable solutions, products, and services
- Oversee daily client interactions to deliver exceptional service, enhancing client experiences
- Regularly analyse clients’ financial health and needs, along with their industries and markets, to identify opportunities for lending, selling, and cross-selling
- Identify opportunities for ongoing system enhancements and actively participate in related projects
skills and experience required
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or relevant discipline
- At least 6 years of experience in corporate banking and client relationship management with multinational banks
- Extensive knowledge of corporate banking products
- Strong analytical, time management and problem solving skills
- Strong marketing, client relationship management and presentation skills
- Results driven; able to deliver under pressure
