- To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality.
- To update team member at least 2 working days in advance before going for leave, in order to minimize downtime.

- Preparation of Consolidation Data for Recruitment Job posting.
- Conduct Interview and update of recruitment activities.
- Liaise with functional managers to develop and implement local recruitment strategies that are appropriate for their projects need.
- Evaluate external labour market conditions and internal employees turnover trends in order to recommend changes to the organisation’s recruitment and reward strategies.
- Monitor and ensure Man Year Entitlement, Quota in balance and sufficient.
- Conduct meeting on Recruitment updates for Management.
- Application and Issuance of Work pass in MOM Portal.
- Prepare employee related letters including confirmation, promotion, increment, and transfer letters.
- Conduct Orientation – New staff on board including contract signing, thumbprint registration, create p-file in system.
- Issue Certification of Employment letters to employees upon request/need basis.
- Maintain the employees’ p-files folder to ensure that all relevant important documents are scanned and filed properly.
- Actively involve in yearly appraisal and Retirement and Re-employment Act (RRA)
- Other adhoc administrative matters by management.
- To be proactive in creating a safe working environment for everyone and ensuring that HSE in-house rules are observed at all times.
- To consider HSE aspects when planning and carrying out tasks to eliminate and reduce HSE hazards, aspects and risks.
