1 year contract - Opportunity in Govt Statutory Board focusing on youth development/programmes
Location: Central
Salary: Basic up to $4300
Working hours: Office Hours
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting and providing procurement advisory to buying divisions on their procurements;
- Managing procurement activities, including GeBIZ transactions and facilitating the entire procurement process for buying divisions (i.e. from reviewing of documents to preparing submissions to seeking approval for award to post-award contractual management, such as contract variations, renewal, early termination, debarment and non-performance advisory); and
- Other administrative support that may be required from time to time.
Looking for:
- Singaporeans only
- Min. Degree holder in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or any relevant field of study
- Prior 3 years' experience in government procurement, with in-depth and hands-on knowledge of GeBIZ
- Possess good communication, analytical, writing, problem-solving and project/contract management skills
- Relevant experience in analytics or strategic reporting will be advantageous
- Resourceful and able to adapt to a fast-changing environment, meticulous, independent and a self-motivated team player
