You will work directly with the Founder and Chief of Staff and be immersed in every aspect of driving a successful ecommerce business - from product strategy & planning, performance marketing, creatives, influencer marketing and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Founder, COO and Chief of Staff on the most critical and high-impact areas of the business
- Management and execution of viral performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & TikTok
- End-to-end campaign planning, coordination execution, monitoring and reporting of key campaigns
- In-depth data analysis via Excel to drive actionable business insights
- Potential to get involved in M&A, fundraising, product strategy and roadmap, new business launch from 0 to 1
- Rotation amongst various departments to gain a holistic understanding of the business and contribute to multiple facets of the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
