About Our Client
Our client in the Shipping and Logistics industry is expanding their IT team. They are looking for a Project Manager to oversee their Liner Management System
Job Description
As an IT Project Manager-Shipping, you will be responsible for:
- Manage the needs and expectations of business stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships to achieve positive outcomes and ensure IT operations support business goals within agreed-upon resources, time, and scope.
- Understand and analyze business processes and data needs, then design and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency.
- Work with stakeholders from Intra Asia & Liner Management Systems Service Management modules to ensure the application systems are always available and reliable.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in the shipping industry, managing IT Projects.
- PMP Certified.Strong leadership skills and a focus on people.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, including business users and team members.
- Knowledge of API interfaces, Oracle databases, and SQL.Experience in full software development life cycle, including creating enterprise applications with Microsoft technologies.
