Job Description
The Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of equipment and machinery.
Job Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring equipment and machinery
- Conducting routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and machinery to ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Installing new equipment and machinery, and ensuring they are properly calibrated and functioning properly
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with equipment and machinery, and implementing solutions to resolve issues
- Providing technical support to customers and colleagues, and answering any questions they may have about equipment and machinery
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repair work, and creating reports to document equipment performance
- Collaborating with other engineers and technicians to improve equipment performance and reliability
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Any other tasks or duties assigned by the Company
Job Requirements
- Min. 3 years of related work experience
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of mechanical electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software and other technical tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
