6 Days - Mon to Sat, 9.30am to 6.30pm (flexible time)
Salary : $3800 to S$4500 (Depends on experience)
Location: Near Tai Seng MRT
Responsibilities
- Support Project Manager in implementation.
- Attend meetings and address issues promptly.
- Ensure project compliance and scope understanding.
- Verify drawing accuracy during execution.
- Supervise subcontractors and in-house teams.
- Ensure installations meet specifications.
- Monitor work progress and quality.
- Maintain updated site records and report to Manager.
- Perform assigned duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Construction Management.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Available to work 6 days a week.
- Holds a Class 2/2A/2B/3 driving license and owns a vehicle.
- Preferred certifications: Safety Management Officer (SMO) and Working at Height Certificate.
- Specializes in residential projects.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Experienced in interior fit-out and builder’s work, skilled in reading as-built drawings.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, proactive, and self-motivated.
