Job Scope
- 5 work days per week
- Updating of administrative records
- Handle customer questions and bookings
- Plan and coordinate the schedule for technicians
- Issue out invoices to customers and follow up on payment collection
- Other assigned administrative tasks
Requirements
- Hardworking
- Biligual in handling english and mandarin speaking customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google
