Procurement Specialist
M-F, 9am to 6pm
$3,800 max + 1 month completion bonus
Woodlands Spectrum (4 bus stop away from Sembawang MRT)
Verify sported items according to specifications in order to check the
quantity and quality
Cooperate with suppliers to negotiate material and order costs, and
compile cost reports for invoices and bargain to get the best rates
possible
Prepare purchase orders and send order requests to suppliers. Update
records and follow up with vendors to check if the order is being
processed
Coordinate and develop together with Production raw material
requirements and arrange material movement in order to secure the
production chain
Administer the supplier list to ensure it is being updated, graded and
approved by management and provide additional administrative support
for team members as needed
Perform inventory and administrative tasks like preparing and forwarding
invoices, updating databases, filing, and organizing documents for
accounts
Support follow-up issues arise with shipments or orders that are incorrect
or late, procurement administrators cooperate with the supplier to resolve
the issue by building strong relationships with key contacts to fix problems
as quickly as possible
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
