Job title: Sales Consultants (Renovations Projects - Landed / Condo / HDB)
Salary / Compensation:
- Basic Salary: SGD3,000 – SGD3,500 + 6-8% sales commission based on project revenue
- Work Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday
- 14 days annual leave

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling of Sales Enquiries
- Verified and good quality leads provided by company
- Meet up and communicate with clients to understand the project requirements and budget
- Preparation of sales quotation and follow up with client
- Space planning & design conceptualization
Project Coordination & Site Supervision
- Project planning and daily management of renovation works
- Arrange and schedule the respective parties involve in the project to ensure smooth coordination
- Coordinate with internal in-house team and external team
- Building good rapport and providing excellent customer service to existing and new clients
- Recommending appropriate solutions, services and ideas based on clients needs, budget and requests
- Project management from conception to execution to completion
Requirements
- Must have previous experience in interior renovation sales with proven experience in handover of residential renovation projects (condo/hdb/landed)
- Minimum 2-3 years experience preferred
- Candidates with O level, higher NITEC, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, sketchup and Photoshop is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Independent, energetic and presentable
