- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience with a Recognised Civil Engineering Degree, and at least eight (8) years of experience in managing Civil and Structural, Architectural and E&M Building Services works for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work
- Report to the Technical Manager, and assist in managing, planning and coordinating mechanical engineering or electrical engineering to meet the time, cost and quality objectives.
- Experienced in BIM and managing interfaces for design and construction of transit projects; having full understanding of the design and approval process as well as BCA TFP/TOP process.
- The Coordination Manager shall take charge of all coordination works of Civil & Structural, Architectural and SWCs and be responsible to manage project coordination/interface relating to Civil and Structural, Architectural and E&M installation.
- Coordination Manager shall be stationed full time at site until Temporary Occupation Permit is obtained for all areas
- Proficient in REVIT and AUTOCAD software applications.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, initiative and responsibility.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Remuneration shall be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
