Job Description
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive company growth, expand market presence, and enhance profitability.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations including manufacturing, supply chain management, and distribution to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Product Development: Lead product innovation and development initiatives based on market trends, consumer insights, and traditional medicinal knowledge.
- Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective strategies for brand promotion, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
- Financial Management: Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and P&L responsibilities to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing the production, labeling, and distribution of TCM products.
- Team Leadership: Provide inspirational leadership to a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Herbal Sciences, MBA or other relevant qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the Pharmaceutical or TCM industry, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and operational management within a consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
