Job Description :
- Provide full admin support to the team and department
- Perform data-entry, documentation, printing, scanning and filling duties
- Prepare POD for Customer shipment
- Download quatation for the OEM parts and Raw Material
- Download drawing and BOM from Customer website
- Update price in Costing List
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department
Requirement :
- Minimum Secondary School qualifications
- Experience in MS Word, Ms Excel & MS Outlook
- Proactive, take initiative and well organized
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
- Good eye sight
- Strong in calculation
- Training will be provided
