Job Description:
- Greet and welcome customers
- Communicate in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide excellent service experience
- Well versed in different types of coffee base on customers preference
- Prepare and serve a varieties of coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and techniques
- Generate revenues by attracting new customers, defining new and expanded services and products
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company SOP
- Process customer’s orders and generate their bills through cashless payment via POS systems
- Address and resolve customer issues in a polite and effective manner; enlist manager or shift supervisor as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas
- Maintain cleanliness on customers area and washroom
- Ensure stock supplies are sufficient and inform management when inventories are low
- Serve food to customers
- Assist any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
Job Requirement:
- Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress preferred
- Hands-on experience with brewing coffee equipment
- Positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite
- Engaging personality
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Team Player
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- Able to perform Flexi shift, and able to work on weekends & public holiday.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- 6 days work week
