Job Description:
1. Work with external parties and customers to oversee the assigned projects.
2. Establish feasible project objectives procedures and performance standards to be in line with the company policy, contract specifications, and applicable laws & regulations.
3. Plan and develop the schedules for the assigned projects and ensure they comply with customers’ requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track the progression in the field; and update the work status on regular basis.
4. To ensure all the projects execution are in accordance with the company and contract requirement and specification.
5. Coordinate with engineering staff to ensure compliance of work procedures, project scopes, scheduling and work sequence, safety plans, etc.
6. Present and attend meetings with all the relevant parties on project related matters.
7. Initiate and maintain liaison with concerned parties to facilitate proper project activities.
8. Monitor and manage project site activities to ensure the completion of projects as per schedule and the work activities are within the projected budget.
9. Provide close monitoring of the assigned projects, support and provide guidance to the staff and ensure safe, smooth, and effective operations.
10. Ensure all the projects are completed within the timeline.
11. Monitor, review and manage operation costs and responsible for financial performance of all the projects.
12. Manage, supervise, and provide training to the team members.
13. Ensure all claims are submitted on time and meet the main contractor’s requirements.
14. Responsible for project management including attending all the meetings, coordination and site supervision works.
15. Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors and handle all technical matters.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma / Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar industry, especially the Building Management System and Extra Low Voltage System.
3. A self-starter, able to work independently and with high level of ownership and responsibility.
4. Resilience, entrepreneurship spirits, self-direction, and strong adaptability.
5. Innovative thinking, thinking outside-the-box, resourceful and a good problem solver.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
7. Good presentation skill, able to conduct presentation to main contractors, consultants, and owners.
8. Able to manage ELV and BMS projects independently.
