Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional maintenance and repair services for water purifiers, air purifiers, dehumidifiers, and massage chairs at customers' locations, ensuring proper setup, connection, and functionality of the equipment.
- Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance tasks on existing water purifiers, air purifiers, dehumidifiers, and massage chairs to address issues and optimize performance.
- Utilize comprehensive diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, determining the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
- Provide customers with expert advice and recommendations regarding the installation of water purifiers, including suitable locations, necessary plumbing requirements, and other factors crucial for efficient operation.
- Offer valuable insights to ensure equipment operates efficiently and effectively, considering factors like optimal locations and necessary plumbing arrangements.
Requirements
- Essential experience in installing water purifiers/dispensers.
- Extensive background in plumbing and electrical work.
- Prior residential drilling experience, particularly with granite and concrete.
- Residential plumbing expertise, ideally including diverter installation.
- Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
- Flexibility to work weekends, shifts, and overtime as needed.
- Demonstrates a positive work ethic and customer-focused approach.
- Capable of handling heavy equipment and conducting daily installations.
