DIRECTOR

Plan M Pte. Ltd.

As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational management and performance of the company. You will work closely with the Board of Directors yo develop and implement the company's vision and strategy, ensuring the achievement of business goals and objectives.


Key Responsiblilites:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the company, aligning with the vision and goals set by the Board of Directors.

- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.

- Develop and implement business plans to advance the company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth.

- Manage company resources, including people, finances, and assets, to achieve company objectives efficiently.

- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.

- Foster a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices, customer focus, and service excellence.

- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Ensure company compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Report to the Board of Directors on company performance, strategetic initiatives, and significant issues.


Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Managing Director or in other managerial positions within industry.

- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.

- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.

- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, sales, etc.

- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.

- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

- MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field; MBA is a plus.
